How do you want to start? You can make a column for remarks or a brief description of why you want this one first before the other so that even when you get busy in the day, you won’t deviate from your schedule as planned.

3. Task grouping

After sorting your task list in the hierarchy that’s satisfactory to add color to your day, try looking out for similar tasks and group them together so you can carry out such tasks simultaneously. For example, washing dishes and cooking can be grouped since they will both take place in the kitchen.

4. Figure out the best time for every task
